To keep a professional accounting designation, the cycle of CPD exams and renewal fees is endless. To open a restaurant, a single liquor license is fractured into multiple tiers of authority and fees.
The question isn’t whether rules should exist. The question is: Do these rules actually improve efficiency and safety?
